Cheap Cabernet: A Friendship Book Launch Partners with Balistreri Vineyards

Denver-based author, Cathie Beck’s new, award-winning memoir, Cheap Cabernet: A Friendship, publishing on Tuesday, October 6, 2009, announces a partnership with Balistreri Vineyards in Denver.

Balistreri Vineyards will produce, label, bottle, ship and give away free Cheap Cabernet bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon — joining author Cathie Beck, and the over two million attendees to the “Cheap Cabernet: Vino for Every Vixen ParTAY” at www.cathiebeck.com.

The Book Launch is a world-wide celebration of women, friendship, irreverence and joi-de-vivre, and the launch anticipates Amazon.com Best Seller Status for Cheap Cabernet in several book categories, with buyers purchasing the book only on the popular book buying site. “We have over three dozen business partners and are giving away thousands of dollars in free bonus gifts to book buyers, plus additional thousands of dollars in contest prizes — and those prizes now include Balistreri Vineyard signature wine,” says Beck. “Balistreri is the best in the business, a long-standing, multi-generational Colorado winery, and we are thrilled to join forces in what’s become a regional and global force of unbelievable support.”

In addition, a portion of all book proceeds will be donated to the Colorado Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
