Renew255 Showcases Three Floors of Healthy Living

Four businesses—Avanti, bod:evolve, the office of Carrie Louise Daenell, ND, and the office of Brian Willoughby, MD—at 255 Detroit Street in Denver will host a joint grand opening for their businesses on Thursday, January 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event will benefit Operation Smile.

With a theme of healthy living, the event will consist of a cocktail party encompassing the three floors of the building. The following outlines the menu of healthy appetizers (created by Gourmet Fine Catering) and creative cocktails:

First Floor
HORS D’ OEUVRE DISPLAY
-Asian Shrimp and Snow Peas
-Tiger Shrimp
-Breaded Eggplant Roulade

Second Floor
ANTIOXIDANT FOOD STATION
A fun multi-level food station featuring clear glass platters and cube vases in a variety of sizes:
Almonds, Pistachios, Cashews, Macadamia Nuts, Jicama, Cucumber, Pear Tomatoes, Carrots, Broccoli, Asparagus

Small clear cubes will featuring delicious healthy sauces for dipping the vegetables: Red Pepper Garlic Aioli and Artichoke Spinach Dip

On Clear Glass Platters: Haystack-Tomato Towers and Dark Chocolate Fondue

Beverage: St-Germain/Astoria Lounge Prosecco Cocktail

For $20, guests can register to win “A Day of Beauty,” which are three prizes valued at $250, $500, and $1,000. The proceeds from this and other donations will directly benefit Operation Smile, a worldwide children’s medical charity.

The event will also showcase the newly remodeled 255 Detroit Street building, designed by Sexton Lawton Architecture.
